About the creator:

Born and raised in the Boston area, Carly attended Umass Amherst, and swam for the women's swim team while she was there. Graduating with her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology, she decided exercise and fitness was her passion. In her spare time you can find her playing with any and every dog (since she still hasn't gotten one of her own yet), playing guitar, working on this website, and searching for the latest music!
